The Torch

After-school Program in South KC

Held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Bridge building in South KC, the Torch aims to holistically care for students of all ages. With homework support, social/emotional intelligence lessons, goal setting, and competitive Esports, we build lasting mentorships that help students grow.

What kinds of students?

Tuesdays + Thursdays from 4pm to 6pm. During the school year only. Check our events calendar to see specific dates. ​

The Bridge Building. Located in South Kansas City in the Hickman Mills School district. 10521 Blue Ridge Blvd. Kansas City, MO 64134​​

2-3 Bridge Coaches. Student to teacher ratio is approx. 1 to 6.

All coaches have been background checked.​

We serve students of all backgrounds. The program is open to any student aged 6 to 18.

The Torch - Interest Form

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 4 to 6pm we host The Torch, an after-school program focused on academic success, behavior intervention, and safe community in South KC. Our events calendar will list all the meeting times and when we won't be holding session (for Holidays, weather or District PD days).
